Painter jobs in Kerala
Painting work is booked by the day for houses, shops, offices and sites — a fresh building before handover, a shop repainted overnight, a flat readied for a tenant.

What a painter does on the job
- Prepare surfaces properly — cleaning, filling and sanding before any paint goes on
- Apply primer and coats evenly to the finish the customer agreed
- Mask and protect floors, fittings and furniture
- Clean up and remove masking at the end of the job
What companies look for
- Experience with the finish the job asks for — emulsion, enamel, texture or spray
- Brushes and rollers of your own unless stated otherwise
- Comfort working at height where the job involves it

Painter jobs — common questions
Who supplies the paint?
The company or the customer does. You are hired for the labour, and the request says if anything else is expected of you.
Does it cost anything to join GiG?
Creating your profile and receiving offers costs nothing. GiG takes a small platform fee on a completed hire, so the wage a company offers is the figure before that fee.
When do I get paid?
Payment for a job is held in escrow and released once the work is signed off, so it does not depend on the company remembering to pay you. Withdrawals go to your bank account.
Are the companies on GiG genuine?
Every company is verified — business details and registration proof — before it can hire anyone. Workers only ever receive offers from companies that cleared that check.
