Do I need my own bike for delivery jobs?

Is a delivery job on GiG full time?
It does not have to be. Most delivery jobs on GiG run one or two days, so you can take work on the days you are free. Companies hiring for a permanent role get in touch about that separately.
Does it cost anything to join GiG?
Creating your profile and receiving offers costs nothing. GiG takes a small platform fee on a completed hire, so the wage a company offers is the figure before that fee.
When do I get paid?
Payment for a job is held in escrow and released once the work is signed off, so it does not depend on the company remembering to pay you. Withdrawals go to your bank account.
Are the companies on GiG genuine?
Every company is verified — business details and registration proof — before it can hire anyone. Workers only ever receive offers from companies that cleared that check.
